Cake Palette is a two-person operation and you deal directly with us. From the time you contact us or walk into our showroom to
the time you are cutting your cake, you can be assured that we are looking after every detail of your cake for your special occasion.
Gavin has been in the cake industry for nearly 20 years and his specialty is sculptured and novelty cakes. He has received
numerous awards for his work and is highly regarded within the industry. Gavin loves a challenge and always works very hard to
achieve that centrepiece cake for you.
Peta loves working with delicate sugar flowers and colour. She takes great pride in creating a cake that commands attention and
that has attention to detail that would take your breath away.
